- We take full ownership and responsibility for the Hiring Project of minimum 3 roles

- We take care to Identify + Qualify + Engage + Present + Offer + Transition
- You take care to Onboard + Retain
- Fixed project Fee (60-50% of estimated Perm Fee for all positions) or Descending % Fee
Executive Search – lower impact on Cash Flow + 6-12 months guarantee
- We take full ownership and responsibility for the Senior Management/Niche Talent Hiring assignment
- We facilitate access to talent you can't reach
- We take care to Map the market + Identify + Qualify + Engage + Present + Offer + Transition
- You take care to Onboard + Retain
- We offer 6-12 months guarantee
- Fee – 18% of the annual salary (2 equal payments, 1st– on the shortlist acceptance & 2 – on the written offer acceptance)
Success based Hiring (Perm Fee) – no Hire no Fee, 3-6 months guarantee
- We take full ownership and responsibility for the Hiring assignment

- You take care to Onboard + Retain

- Fee - 18-25% of the annual salary (Fee is due on the written offer acceptance)
